"Setup was straightforward"
I set aside a little time to get my device connected, fully expecting I might have to bounce between the manual, the app, and a few random searches. But the setup steps on moeshouse.com were clear, and I was able to follow along without getting stuck for long. It was kind of a nice surprise to just move through the process and see the device connect without much fuss.
There were a couple moments where my app screen didn’t look exactly like the instructions, so I had to pause and figure out what matched up. A bit more detail for those situations would’ve helped, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Overall, the instructions did the job, and everything worked fine for me

Maybe it’s just me, but the plastic felt really cheap right out of the box. I gave it a try anyway, but it stopped working after two days, which was disappointing. Definitely not happy with the quality.

"Support helped, but it took a while"
I ran into some issues setting up my device, so I reached out to support. They did get back to me and eventually helped fix the problem, but it took a few back-and-forth messages and some waiting around. Overall, not a bad experience, just wish it had been a bit faster

"Didn’t hold up like I expected"
It worked perfectly fine when I first got it, so I expected it to last a lot longer. After a few months, though, it started having random dropouts, which got frustrating. I reached out to support, but they weren’t much help. At this point, it’s hard for me to really trust it anymore.

"The app does what I need for basic..."
The app does what I need for basic control, so that’s good. Devices usually connect without much trouble, though every now and then the app takes a while to load, which gets annoying. Also, the menus feel kind of all over the place sometimes, and I have to tap around more than I’d like. It’s not a bad app by any means, it just feels like it could be smoother and easier to use.

"Shipping was actually quicker than expected"
I was prepared for it to take forever because that usually seems to happen to me, but it ended up arriving faster than I thought. So that was a nice surprise for once.

"Descriptions are mostly okay, but could be clearer"
I ordered a couple of smart home items from moeshouse, and overall the product pages were decent. The photos looked like what actually arrived, and the basic specs were listed, so I wasn’t totally guessing.

That said, a few things were still kind of unclear, especially around app support and setup details. I ended up checking other sites and reading extra reviews just to feel more sure before using them.
I wouldn’t say anything was misleading, but the descriptions could definitely be more complete. If you already know these devices, it’s probably fine, but for someone newer it just felt...

My order showed up and, yeah, the packaging situation was weak. The box was smashed in on one side and there was barely any padding inside, which is not exactly what you want when you’re shipping electronics. The item still works, thankfully, but the shipping geniuses really could’ve done a better job here. Expected more, honestly

"Not great if you use Smart Life"
I tried setting this up with Tuya and couldn’t get it to work properly, and Smart Life kept dropping the devices after pairing. It kind of feels like the Smart Life support was added on paper but not really tested much in real use. Frustrating experience overall

"Pairing keeps dropping over and over"
I don’t know what’s going on with this, but the devices only pair when they feel like it. One minute it connects, then it drops, then I’m trying again, then it drops again. It’s frustrating having to keep dealing with the same pairing issue over and over.

"Warranty Help Was Honestly a Lifesaver"
One of my smart switches randomly stopped working after a few months and I was fully ready to spiral over it, but I contacted MoesHouse about the warranty and it actually went way smoother than I expected. They just asked for a few details and a quick video, then sent out a replacement without making it a huge ordeal. Shipping took a bit, so I did have a dramatic little moment waiting for it, but it all worked out in the end. Really happy with the support.

I was looking around Moes for a few smart home bits, i was surprised by how much they had. Switches, sensors, plugs, pretty much all the little things I kept putting off buying were right there. I mostly blame myself for not checking sooner, because I’d wasted time bouncing between other sites first.
The best part was that the stuff I wanted actually showed as available, which was a nice change from sites that let you click around forever just to find out everything is out of stock. It was easy to find what I needed, checkout felt straightforward, and there wasn’t any unnecessary hassle.

The automation works fine for the most part, but every now and then it takes longer than I expected to respond. Not sure why that happens?? It’s usable, just a little inconsistent

the site was okay overall, but it felt a bit messy to use at first. i did eventually find what i needed, but the navigation and menus could definitely be clearer. it’s not a bad experience, it just takes a little more clicking around than it should.

"Good smart home gear for the money"
I picked up a couple of smart switches from moeshouse after comparing prices in a few places, and they were definitely on the cheaper side. For the price, I was happy with what turned up.

The setup wasn’t totally smooth, I had to run through the app pairing twice before it worked, but once they connected, they’ve been working fine. at this price point, I don’t expect everything to be flawless, so I’d still call it a solid buy.

Delivery took a little over a week, which isn’t super fast, but it was acceptable. If I need more smart home bits later, I’d probably order again because the value for money is good.

I usually don’t have much trouble with firmware updates, and compared to other devices I’ve updated, this one was a mess. After the update, my device basically broke and didn’t work the way it was supposed to. I expected a simple improvement, not a problem I’d have to deal with

I placed my order and the confirmation email barely gave me anything useful. There was no clear delivery info, hardly any proper details, and I was left wondering if the order had even gone through correctly. It’s frustrating because this feels like the same kind of issue all over again where you’re just left guessing. Maybe that’s normal for them, but it made me unsure right away and wasn’t a great first impression...

I bought this from Moes, and the product itself is okay, but the remote is frustrating. Sometimes I press a button and it takes a few seconds to respond, and other times nothing happens unless I press it again. It’s really annoying when I’m just trying to turn something on or off quickly. Setup was simple enough, but using it every day doesn’t feel as smooth as I expected. Also, the reminders/messages to leave feedback felt a bit aggressive after a while, which didn’t help. Not a terrible product, but I definitely hoped it would work better.
